Not happy with what you ordered? In that case, you can return the product. Depending on what the reason is for the return, different rules apply. We explain these below.
I'm not satisfied with my product.
We are, of course, very sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 30 days by emailing email@example.com. Please also forward your order number. We will help you think about the best way to return the product.
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product may not have been used and/or damaged
- You have contacted us for the return within 30 days after receipt of the product.
- You pay for the return
- After receiving the product we will make sure you get your money back within 5 working days.
My product is damaged.
If you have received a damaged product, we will of course cover the cost of the return. Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Together we will see what is possible and what is the best solution for you.
What we ask of you is:
- Send an e-mail within 10 working days after receiving the order.
- Include the order number, pictures and a description of the damage in the e-mail.
- Please do not forget to keep the packaging materials!
We will then send you the options and help you prepare to return the order.
